Bridgestone is seeking a Technical Field Service Engineer to join our team. We're open to applications from both recent engineering graduates and experienced engineers looking for their next opportunity.
You'll partner with customers and internal teams to support product performance, technical investigations, quality assurance, testing, and product development. No two days are the same, with a mix of field-based work, analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
In this role, you will:
- Provide technical support to customers, dealers, and internal teams
- Investigate product performance and quality-related issues
- Conduct or support product testing and evaluations
- Analyse technical data and prepare recommendations
- Assist with product development initiatives
- Support market research and industry analysis
- Promote Bridgestone's commitment to safety and sustainability
About You
You may already be working in an engineering role or are a recent engineering graduate who is curious, analytical and eager to learn.
No matter your level of experience, you’ll have:
- Degree qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- A customer-focus and eagerness to learn
- Experience in automotive, manufacturing, transport, tyres, or a related industry will be highly regarded, but not essential.
