About the role

A rare opportunity is available for a Store Manager at our Wagga store. The Store Manager is responsible for championing service excellence for our customers, enhancing store and team performance and driving sales and growth at the store.

With safety as a core focus in everything that is done, the Store Manager is responsible for driving sales and productivity along with identifying and coordinating your team's individual training and development needs.

Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, this role offers career growth opportunities.

About you

Leveraging your diverse skills and operational experience you will be responsible for leading, mentoring and empowering staff; ensuring compliance and safe work practices; and maximising store performance.

You will drive sales targets and business initiatives whilst also ensuring the provision of superior service delivery. An eye for detail and a talent for recognising and pro-actively driving continuous improvement are qualities we applaud.

You are able to demonstrate that you have effective influencing and leadership skills with the determination we need to drive exceptional service delivery and strengthen Bridgestone's position as a market leader.  

Skills and experience we are seeking:

  • Sound influencing and mentoring skills
  • Effective relationship management with the ability to build rapport quickly and engage with key stakeholders
  • Commitment to health and safety
  • Certificate IV in Front Line Management desirable
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation and time management skills
