Job Summary
Work closely with the Assistant Manager to plan, monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve tire uniformity performance, manufacturing processes, and equipment capability. Ensure production processes comply with standards while enhancing tire Uniformity and Balance performance.
The working place for Process Engineer is Nongkhae Plant (Saraburi Province).
Responsibilities
1. Uniformity Quality Improvement • Develop and execute improvement plans to enhance tire Uniformity performance.
• Monitor and control factors affecting tire Uniformity quality.
• Analyze quality issues, implement corrective actions, and report improvement results to management.
2. Process & Production Specification Control
• Review and establish machine accuracy standards, material standards, and production specifications.
• Improve manufacturing processes to ensure alignment with operational requirements and quality standards.
• Evaluate process performance and recommend improvements.
3. Defect Reduction & Problem Solving
• Lead and coordinate defect reduction activities related to tire Uniformity.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Participate in Cross-Functional Teams (CFT) to solve quality issues and prevent recurrence.
4. Equipment & Machine Validation
• Coordinate new equipment installation and machine modification projects with related departments.
• Evaluate machine performance and capability after installation or improvement.
• Prepare testing results and recommendations for management approval.
5. Quality & Standard Management
• Review and control the use of non-conforming materials based on quality requirements.
• Develop, review, and continuously improve operational standards and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental management systems.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree of Engineer in related field.
• 0-2 years of working experience in the engineering field.
• Be able to communicate in English. (TOEIC > 400 scores)
• Flexible with good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
• Excellent skill in Computer Skills (Microsoft Office)
• Have a basic knowledge regarding ISO/IATF16949, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001.
