Job Summary

Manage sales to achieve target and support OEM customer requirements and manage proper reports on OE business and income. Focus on strategic approach and business analysis in order to enhance and follow company direction.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Target Achieve: To achieve sales target as company target.

  • OP Target Achieve: To achieve OP target as company target. To investigate the current situation and find any possibility to improve.

  • Market Share Target: To maintain and increase OE market share as company target.

  • Logistic Management: To manage and control logistic plan to meet the requirement of customers.

  • Financial Plan: To develop OE sales operations financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances; aligning monetary resources; developing action plans; measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances.

  • Budget Plan: To control and manage budget in order to concern the cost efficiency.

Sub Job Responsibilities

  • Always study and learn about work especially in the modern.

  • Be a consult for management and staff in the work and other related issues.

  • Perform other task as be assigned from the superior.

Requirements

  • High level of integrity, respect for others, persistence, and passion for success.

  • Language proficiency: English is mandatory (other language(s) are added advantage).

  • Degree or above in Business, Management, Marketing or related field.

  • Computer literacy especially Office program.
