Job Summary

A senior-level specialist responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of IT Infrastructure and Operations. This role balances strategic technical innovation (AI/DX enablement) and strict security governance with robust daily operational support across Hybrid Cloud and Manufacturing (IT/OT) environments. The P8 level operates independently as a subject matter expert, managing complex virtualized infrastructure, hybrid cloud environments, and enterprise networks, while acting as a senior mentor to the junior engineers in the team.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations and provide advanced technical support for Hybrid Cloud, virtualization, HCI, enterprise networks, and data center environments.
  • Lead IT infrastructure projects independently from design and implementation through to operational handover.
  • Ensure IT/OT infrastructure supports manufacturing plants, Sales & Distribution, and Retail operations with strong business continuity.
  • Drive AI, automation, and Digital Transformation initiatives, including AIOps solutions to improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure cybersecurity, compliance, Change Control, Business Continuity Plan (BCP), and Disaster Recovery (DR) requirements are effectively maintained and tested.
  • Mentor junior infrastructure engineers and strengthen team technical capabilities through knowledge sharing and documentation.
  • Manage vendors and service providers, monitor SLA performance, and provide technical consultation to business units.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • 8–10 years of IT Infrastructure experience, including mentoring junior team members.
  • Strong expertise in VMware, HCI, enterprise storage, and Hybrid Cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • Experience in Manufacturing IT/OT, Sales & Distribution, or Retail environments.
  • Proven ability to independently lead end-to-end infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, ISO/IATF compliance, BCP, and DR.
  • Good English communication skills (TOEIC 400+).
  • Strong leadership, business acumen, collaboration, innovation, and change management skills.
