The working place for Process Engineer is Nongkhae Plant (Saraburi Province).
Responsibilities
Collaborate with senior engineers and the assistant department manager to test, evaluate, and improve work methods, machinery, and defective tire correction in the Extruding process to enhance curing process efficiency. Additionally, develop process specifications and standards for tire Extruding to enable the production team to perform curing correctly according to standards, achieving quality products, reducing costs, and minimizing waste in line with the established production plan. 1.Participate in testing with the supervisor, gather necessary data, conduct the tests, and prepare reports on the results and production of the new product (new tire size) for the supervisor's review.
2.Process development and specification setting work with the supervisor to create and update processes and specifications for new products, share these with relevant departments on schedule, and improve the tire Extruding process for greater efficiency and updated standards.
3.Standard and quality contro Collaborate with the supervisor to establish, review, and update operational standards, distribute them to relevant departments on time, keep tire Extruding standards current, and assess non-compliant materials, reporting findings to the supervisor.
4.Materials and equipment for new product testing Obtain and install materials and equipment, test the equipment after installation, and summarize the results in a report for the supervisor
5.Correcting and improving defective tires from the Extruding process Assist in correcting defective tires, work with the CFT to address and prevent recurring issues, support production activities, and create a corrective plan with the supervisor and related departments.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree of Engineer in related field.
• 0-2 years of working experience in the engineering field.
• Be able to communicate in English. (TOEIC > 400 scores)
• Flexible with good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
• Excellent skill in Computer Skills (Microsoft Office)
• Have a basic knowledge regarding ISO/IATF16949, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001.
Skills
• Inspect the problematic materials that are not relevant to the specified criteria.
• Prepare the report about ISO and constantly improve the system.
• Analyze and find solutions to minimize the problem regarding claimed tire, examined tires, and OEM tires.
• Always improve the working procedure by researching new knowledge and apply to the advanced technology.
