R&R Detailed Activities

Accounting

- Monthly closing (COGS(In-transit) / OPEX)

- AP & AR management (Intercompany, 3rd party)

- Reconcile actual corporate card

TAX

- Issue tax invoice (Monthly)

- Return of VAT (Quarterly)

Audit

- Support external audit (Statutory audit, Tax investigation)

- Support internal audit (J-SOX & Operational)

Low 10%
IT

- Follow RHO IT team's direction

- Management of software (O365/Sharepoint, etc.)

- Procurement of IT supplies (Laptop/Monitor, etc.)

- Close communication with RHO IT team and local outsourcing vendor

Medium 30%
Others

- Arrange templates and approval system more progressive way

- Classify and gather proposal documents (approval form, special sales-tire, contract letter, etc.)

Low 10%

 

Requirements

Education Description

Academic

Degree

University graduate, preferred major in Accounting, Business administration, Economics, e-Business
Certificates & License -
Experiences Less 1 year of accounting or general finance experience
Language Korean, Proficient English
