Job Summary

To support and drive occupational safety operations in the factory by monitoring, controlling, and ensuring compliance with laws, company standards, and ISO systems. The role ensures that all safety activities align with BSAP, BS-CAP, and internal policies to achieve a safe working environment for all employees. 

Responsibilities

• Conduct hazard identification, risk assessments, and safety inspections.
• Monitor safety performance and ensure compliance with safety laws and company standards.
• Support ISO45001 system implementation and safety audits.
• Lead safety campaigns, emergency drills, and incident investigations.
• Provide safety training and promote safety awareness for employees and contractors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Occupational Health & Safety.
• 0–3 years of experience in safety engineering or safety officer roles (factory experience preferred).
• Knowledge of Thai safety regulations, ISO45001/ISO14001.
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Be able to communicate in English. (TOEIC > 400 scores)
