Job Description: 

Job Summary

To support and ensure effective Quality Assurance activities for OE customers by managing quality systems, customer requirements, audits, and continuous improvement to meet defined quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Manage APQP and PPAP activities to support OE customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with OE customers and internal teams to ensure compliance with Customer Specific Requirements (CSR).
  • Prepare and submit quality documentation, inspection standards, and sample reports for customer approval.
  • Support preparation, coordination, and execution of OEM quality system audits.
  • Review audit findings and coordinate corrective actions (CARs/NCRs) with relevant departments.
  • Monitor and report the effectiveness of corrective actions and quality improvements.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to quality systems and manufacturing processes.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, corporate standards, and international quality systems (e.g., IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
  • Perform other assigned duties related to quality assurance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
  • 0–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality System, or Audit-related roles.
  • Knowledge of quality management systems and audit processes.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Be able to communicate in English. (TOEIC > 400 scores)
