About the Role
Are you a commercially driven leader who excels at unlocking your team’s performance? As Regional Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading your team of managers to ensure both store based and mobile service teams deliver safe, effective and profitable service to our commercial and retail customers. As a key member of the State Operations team, you will also provide operational support to the local franchise network. By driving operational excellence and leveraging key insights, you will identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to expand our market presence.

You’ll coach your teams and customers to success through clear communication, purposeful performance conversations and a focus on long-term capability and business sustainability. A strong safety-first mindset is essential, ensuring every service touchpoint meets Bridgestone customer experience, compliance, health, and safety expectations.
About You
- Strong Commercial & Strategic Acumen: You confidently interpret P&Ls and turn insights into clear business plans that drive sustainable sales and profit growth
- MultiSite Operational Expertise: You bring handson experience leading both stores and mobile service teams, ensuring high standards in sales performance, safety and operational efficiency.
- Customer Experience Leadership: You use customer metrics to identify opportunities and implement improvements that elevate service and experience
- Exceptional Coaching & Relationship Skills: You build trusted partnerships with managers, influencing performance through clear communication and effective coaching
- Strong Compliance, Safety & Execution Discipline: You understand operational and franchising requirements, maintain high levels of accountability and ensure consistent adherence to HSE and business standards
