About the Role

Are you a commercial strategist who thrives on turning retail potential into profit? Join us as a Regional Franchise Manager to lead and drive growth across the WA franchise network. As a pivotal field leader reporting to the State Retail Operations Manager – WA, you will serve as a strategic partner to our franchisees, leveraging your commercial acumen to strengthen operational execution, ensure brand consistency and empower independent operators to achieve long-term profitability.

You will act as a commercially minded lead, partnering with independent franchisees to coach performance, influence outcomes, and drive sustained business growth.

About you

As a true business partner, you are a results-driven leader who deeply understands the drivers of profitable retail operations and thrives in a field-based environment. You possess a proven ability to influence outcomes across a franchise or multi-site retail network and are genuinely passionate about the success of our franchisees. To be successful in this role you will bring:

  • Strategic Expertise: Strong commercial acumen, including the ability to interpret P&L statements and develop comprehensive business plans
  • Operational Experience: A background in franchise management, field operations, or multi-site retail leadership within the automotive or tyre industry
  • Relationship Management: Exceptional coaching and influencing skills, paired with the ability to build respectful, trusted partnerships with diverse stakeholders
  • Core Competencies: A solid understanding of the Franchising Code of Conduct and a high level of accountability, resilience and follow-through
  • Operational Flexibility: The ability to travel throughout metropolitan and regional WA
