Job Description: 

Job Summary

Fully responsible for managing daily sales operations and support functions within the assigned sales area, ensuring order accuracy, pricing compliance, and on-time delivery execution.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Order & Delivery Operations

  • Process daily orders, tagging, and ASN issuance to ensure on-time tire delivery
  • Coordinate and update online delivery schedules with warehouse
  • Ensure accurate goods issue, receipt, and invoicing in SAP

Pricing & System Control

  • Verify correct tire price from sales in-charge before proceeding price registration
  • Prevent pricing discrepancies affecting billing and goods movement

Financial & Documentation Control

  • Prepare and process debit notes and credit notes
  • Monitor credit limit and follow up collection reports
  • Support billing accuracy and reconciliation process

Reporting & Sales Data Support

  • Collect, prepare, and release internal reports on schedule
  • Prepare Sales forecast data and related analysis to support sales team performance

Sub Responsibilities

  • Support both OE and Replacement sales activities when required
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by Manager

Requirements

  • Degree in any field.
  • Computer literacy, especially MS Office program.
  • Experience in SAP usage is preferable.
  • English proficiency both written and spoken.
  • Preferring to work with data and formula-based data analysis and reporting will be advantage.
  • Experience or knowledge in E-Tax documentation and Export Declaration will be advantage.
  • Open mind to learn new things and quickly adapt the environment change.
  • Strong leadership abilities to direct and manage teams, including the ability to identify talent, build teams, mentor and develop team members, and inspire performance that exceeds expectations
