Job Summary

The IT Cyber Security and Network Engineer is responsible for the end-to-end management, stability,and security of the network infrastructure across the three business groups within the TBSC Group(Manufacturing, Sales & Distribution, and Retail).This role requires high proficiency and hands-onexpertise in networking, serving as the primary engineer managing both complex on-premise and cloud network environments for all group companies. Additionally, this role acts as the primary local Cybersecurity Coordinator, working closely with the regional Cyber Security Operations Center (CSOC) toensure alignment with corporate security standards and facilitate local incident response.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of enterprise network infrastructure across all group companies.
  • Manage hybrid network environments including LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, firewalls, routers, switches, and cloud connectivity (Azure/AWS). Maintain network availability, security, performance, hardware lifecycle, firmware, and configuration management.                    
  • Coordinate cybersecurity operations with the Regional CSOC, including incident response, vulnerability management, security monitoring, and compliance.Implement corporate cybersecurity policies, endpoint protection, access control, and security best practices.             
  • Support Digital Transformation (DX) initiatives and collaborate with vendors, ISPs, and external partners to ensure stable and secure infrastructure.  

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of hands-on experience in enterprise Network Engineering and IT Security.
  • Strong expertise in:
    • Palo Alto Firewalls
    • Cisco & Allied Telesis networking
    • Routing & Switching
    • Hybrid Cloud Networking (Azure/AWS)
    • Network Security & Incident Response
  • Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial network environments is highly preferred.
  • Good English communication skills (TOEIC 550+) with the ability to work closely with regional and global IT teams.
