Job Summary

This role is responsible for leading and managing end-to-end IT infrastructure and operations across multiple business units, including Manufacturing, Sales & Distribution, and Retail. The position ensures high system availability, security, and scalability while supporting digital transformation (DX) and AI initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Infrastructure & Cloud Management Design, implement, and manage Hybrid Cloud environments (on-premise, private, and public cloud) to support business needs. Oversee servers, storage, and virtualization systems to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
• Manufacturing & Business Operations Support Manage IT/OT infrastructure in manufacturing plants to ensure zero downtime. Support business systems such as POS and warehouse management.
• Digital Transformation & AI Enablement Provide infrastructure and computing capabilities for DX and AI/ML projects. Integrate modern technologies to accelerate digital initiatives.
• Project Management Lead IT infrastructure projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget. Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors.
• Operations & Service Management Oversee daily IT operations, including incident, problem, and change management. Monitor system health and manage IT asset lifecycle.
• Cybersecurity & Compliance Ensure compliance with IT security standards and policies. Develop and maintain Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR).
• Vendor & Stakeholder Management Manage external vendors and act as a technical advisor to internal stakeholders.
• Team Leadership Lead, develop, and upskill IT infrastructure teams. Handle resource planning and performance management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Strong experience in:                                                                                                                                                                               Virtualization (e.g., VMware, HCI)   Hybrid Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)                                                                                          IT infrastructure across manufacturing  and business operations  Supporting DX and AI-related systems
• Proven leadership and team management experience                                                                                                                 
• Able to communicate in English (TOEIC Scores at least 500)
