Job Summary
The Assistant Manager, CMA, is responsible for managing OPEX & CAPEX budget control, financial monitoring, and reporting for TBSC Finance. This role ensures accurate internal order management within SAP S4 and supports both routine and ad hoc financial operations. The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
1. Budgeting & Financial Monitoring
Control and monitor OPEX & CAPEX budgets for all corporate functions.Prepare OPEX & CAPEX forecasts and annual budget plans.Upload OPEX & CAPEX data into SAP S4 for monitoring purposes.Prepare KPI reports and consolidated financial summaries.Manage OPEX allocation by group and by size.
2. Financial Operations & Internal Order Management
Verify internal orders for PR/PV through the e-Catalog system.Maintain master data of internal orders in SAP S4.Maintain internal order information in the budgeting system.Provide ad hoc financial and operational support based on business requirements.Support internal audits and participate in procedure revisions when required.
3. Transversal Responsibilities
Ensure business decisions and actions align with Bridgestone Essence, TRACE principles, and company values.Partner with Business and Functional Leaders to communicate and reinforce Bridgestone’s values.Promote diversity and inclusion across gender, generation, culture, and nationality.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required).Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, or Reporting roles.Good command of English (written & spoken).Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective internal and external relationships.Strong analytical thinking with the ability to identify and propose solutions proactively.High accuracy and ability to meet strict deadlines (e.g., monthly reporting).Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and SAP S4HANA.
