About the role

Bridgestone is seeking a dynamic and commercially astute Regional Franchise Manager to champion the success of our franchise retail store network. This is your opportunity to make a real impact by driving profitability, building strong franchise relationships, and shaping the future of retail operations across your region. The role includes:

  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with franchisees to develop tailored business plans and drive performance across tyre, auto service, and retail categories.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong, respectful partnerships with franchisees, aligning with Bridgestone’s TRACE behaviours.
  • Operational Excellence: Support the commencement of new stores and franchisees, ensuring a seamless onboarding and training experience is delivered, whilst championing new programs and initiatives as required to ensure our market leadership position is maintained.
  • Performance Leadership: Achieve sales and profit targets, optimise store performance, and implement programs to boost results.
  • Safety & Sustainability: Champion Bridgestone’s ‘Perfect Safety’ vision and E8 Commitment, promoting safe and sustainable practices.

About you

You’re a commercially minded leader with a passion for retail and a talent in building strong, productive relationships. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by helping others succeed. With a strategic mindset and hands-on approach, you know how to turn business plans into operational success.

You bring:

  • Proven experience in retail operations, franchise management, or field sales—ideally within the automotive or tyre industry.
  • Tertiary qualifications in sales, marketing, franchising or a related discipline is desirable
  • An understanding of business planning, performance management, and customer engagement.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the Franchising code of Conduct.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire.
  • A collaborative spirit and a commitment to safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement.
  • Flexibility to travel across your region to support franchisees and drive performance.
