Job Summary

The purpose of this position is to handle commercial business target in the responsible area, develop strategies, implement action and deal with fleed and distributors.

Incumbent will be responsible for commercial tire business, pricing, sales channel, LTA/Contracts, and Fleet program to support sellout in Distributor.


  1. Demand/Sales/Market share analysis for commercial tire group for budget study in the market
  2. Develop campaign and monitor market reaction
  3. Achivement monitoring
  4. Flee approach
  5. Capture trend, develop solution model and execute
  6. Develop incentive program
  7. Review distributors
  8. Import tire sales plan
  9. Channel enhancement
  10. Claim management
  11. Price monitoring


  • Branch / Dealer manager experience at least 2 years
  • Strong salesmanship
  • Strong in figure / data analysis
  • Bachelor degree in Management / Sales & Marketing is an advantage
  • Exposed in Sales & Marketing in a multinational company within manufacturing or auto industry.
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken
  • Good leadership and high level of integrity
  • Proven track record of success in driving change & achieving target
  • Think strategically and good business orientation
