工作說明: 

Operation Review

  • AP AR Voucher review and Monthly closing package checking and review.
  • Statutory Report Preparation and review for all entities.(Included subsidiary)
  • CAPEX budget and actual analysis ( Non- MFG )
  • Budget Planning and Control (OPEX). Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements

 

Compliance and Corporate strategy planning

  • ROIC analyses for any investment raises by departments
  • Ensure system set up and enhancement system performance on corporate Tax, commodity tax, VAT, and withholding tax compliance. R&D investment credit incentive application
  • Inter-company transaction management and contract preparation, in order to apply local tax treaty or incentive program.
  • Familiar with IFRS and EAS regulation, in order to communicate with Regional and develop reconciliation items.

 

Business Partners

  • Treasury [Including Cash Pooling Management, bank management ]
  • Prepare business activity reports, financial statements, and forecasts (OPEX)

 

Global/ Region/ Local Initiatives

  • Participate in Global / Region Sales & Marketing conferences, and special projects, where required
  • Liaise, coordinate and collaborate with other market based group entities where applicable

 

Team Management

  • Managing 2 functions: Finance and IT and tracking both of them to help achieve company goal and target.

 

Job Requirement

  • Working Experience: 20 Years above of relevant analytical experience, including leadership role around 10 years.
  • Education: Bachler degree above in finance, accounting, business, economic or related field. CPA qualification license is preferred.
  • Attention to detail – making arrangements requires covering all bases and not letting things slip through the cracks
  • Multitasking – the ability to prioritize and deal with demands coming from various directions, including reps in the field, requires a level head
  • Organization skills – managing the efforts of multiple people to achieve desired results requires staying on top of things and collaborating extensively
  • Accounting Concept –
    • Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures.
    • Familiarity with finance regulations.
    • Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors.
    • Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software Organization skills.
    • ERP system – SAP
