【職務內容】
※普利司通E8承諾對外溝通計畫
1.與相關部門及工作小組(WG)成員共同擬定普利司通 E8 承諾對外溝通計畫。
2.利用故事資料庫(Story Bank)重建媒體關係,並進行每月媒體提案。
※數位行銷強化
1. 瞭解普利司通及競爭對手在數位領域的投資狀況。
2. 發掘數位新機會與關鍵驅動因素,以在核心數位通路中(如官方網站、Facebook、KOL、媒體、口碑行銷及全年數位曝光)吸引消費者互動。
3. 規劃具 KPI 的年度數位策略,以招募新消費者並優化溝通計畫。
4. 帶領數位代理商執行數位策略,並明確設定 KPI 與社群聲量監測。
5. 建立明確的檢討機制,持續優化數位投資效益。
※公關管理
1.制定年度公關策略,提升核心品牌價值、主力產品、公司CSR及普利司通E8 承諾的媒體曝光度。
2.指導公關代理商執行公關策略。
3.強化媒體關係,並建立危機管理流程。
4.建立明確的檢討機制,持續改善公關投資效益。
※官方網站與數位資產管理(DAM)
1.與亞太區總部協作,管理官方網站與數位資產管理(DAM)移轉專案。
2.尋求更具使用者友善性的網站設計與流程,以提升使用者參與度。
3.建立明確的檢討機制,持續優化網站管理。
※競爭對手 ATL 投資分析
1.根據年度預算,確認具關鍵能力的第三方合作對象。
2.與營業相關部門及採購部門協作,透過年度合約選擇適任之第三方機構。
3.設定與普利司通行銷 KPI 對齊的明確第三方績效指標(KPI)。
※Bridgestone E8 Commitment External Communication Plan
(1) Co-work with MM and WG members to develop external communication plan of Bridgestone E8.
(2) Rebuild media relationship and monthly media pitch by the story bank.
※Digital Marketing Enhancement
1. Understand Bridgestone and competitor's investment in digital.
2. Identify digital new opportunity and key drivers to encage consumers in key digital channels (Web(Corporate), FB, KOL, Media, WOM and digital always on).
3. Plan annual digital strategy with KPI to recruit new consumers and to improve the communication plan.
4. Lead digital agency to execute digital strategy with clear KPI and social listening.
5. Clear review process to continually improve the digital investment.
※PR management
1. Plan annual PR strategy to enlarge the media exposure in the core brand value, key product, and CSR E8 commitment.
2. Lead PR agency to execute PR strategy.
3. Enhance the media relationship and develop crisis management process.
4. Clear review process to continually improve the PR investment.
※Official Website & DAM
1. Co-work with BSAPIC (APAC) to manage official website and DAM migration project.
2. Identify more user-friendly website design and process to engage consumers.
3. Clear review process to continually improve the website management.
※Competitor ATL Investment Analysis
1) Identify key third party capability based on the annual budget.
(2) Co-work with MM and procurement to recruit capable third party by the annual contract.
(3) Set clear third party KPI aligned to BS marketing KPI.

Requirements
1.擁有商業管理、行銷、工程或相關領域的學士或碩士學位
2.必須具備中英文聽說讀寫能力(會其他語言者尤佳)
3.具有3年以上全球企業工作經驗,具汽車、消費性產品或快速消費品(FMCG)產業經驗者尤佳
4.熟悉MS Office作業系統與網站管理
5.具備公關、數位行銷與網站管理知識者為加分條件
6.具備良好的人際互動與溝通技巧,對跨文化議題具高敏感度,並能有效影響關鍵利害關係人
1.Bachelor’s or Post Graduate Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Engineering or equivalent
2.English and Mandarin are mandatory (other language(s) are added advantage)
3.3 years’ experience above in a global corporation, preferably in automotive, consumer goods, FMCG industry.
4.Office, Website management
5.Knowledge of PR, digital marketing and website management is a plus
6.Strong interpersonal and communication skills and process great cultural sensitives with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
