Total income: 33.000.000-43.000.000 VND/month
This total income will be used as the basis for social insurance contributions and for calculating overtime allowances, etc.
Job description
Leading the Compliance function in BTMV (Bridgestone Tire Manufacturing Vietnam LLC) which is in Hai Phong city and BSTVN (Bridgestone Tire Sales Vietnam LLC) which is in Ho Chi Minh City to establish a culture of ethics and business integrity. The role will establish an effective and comprehensive compliance program building upon the company’s governance framework. The position supports both the management of BTMV and BSTVN in addressing the compliance needs of both businesses to develop local compliance programs to address the risks identified and in line with the company’s global and regional strategic direction. The position will be based in Hai Phong but frequent travel to Ho Chi Minh City is required to support the needs of the BSTVN business.

Creating Culture of Compliance at sites
Work with various departments to explain compliance requirements and build familiarity about the topic and in turn a good culture of compliance.
Have compliance sessions with employees to go through expectations of compliance at sites -
TEAMMATES TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
Provide a comprehensive training and development service to BTMV / BSTVN with respect to compliance
IN ORDER TO
Ensure that all staff achieve high professional standards and have necessary skills to help BTMV / BSTCN attain its business objectives.
Compliance MANAGEMENT
Provide compliance advice and guidance on the compliance matters to BTMV / BSTVN employees

Investigations
Manage investigation cases including conducting the investigations and/or supporting investigations led by other case managers
Qualifications/Requirements
- Education & Experience:
- A basic degree in law, finance, business administration or related discipline.
- Minimum of eight years’ experience in compliance.
- Experience in establishing an anti-bribery and anti-corruption compliance program will be a distinct advantage.
- Knowledge of other compliance related areas like anti-trust, anti-money laundering, data privacy, health, safety and environment matters will be favorably considered.
- Fluency in English and Vietnamese is mandatory. Fluency in other Asian languages will be considered an advantage.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experienced and comfortable working in a matrixed and multi-cultural environment.
- Matured in interacting with more senior colleagues and management

- Experienced in managing a comprehensive compliance program.
- Familiarity with business operations in a multinational company environment and matrixed reporting structure.
- Experienced interacting and comfortable working with different levels of management personnel including senior leaders.
- Familiar with operational, financial, quality assurance and human resources processes.
- Collaborate well and able to influence all employee levels especially legal and compliance professionals.
- Innovative and practical in resolving issues and finding solutions to problems.
