Job Summary

Employee Relation Staff

Responsibilities

Tasks & responsibilities.

  • Creating and planning company activities and promoting a happy workplace.

  • Budget planning and control of employee relations (ER) activities.

  • Investigating and processing employee grievances and formal complaints.

  • Investigating and conducting disciplinary cases, and preparing case briefs.

  • Planning and creating employee relations and communication activities.

  • Preparing progress reports and developing summaries of disciplinary and termination reports.

  • Conducting factory patrols and orienting new employees.

  • Performing other duties and responsibilities as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, or a related field.

  • Staff : minimum of 2 years of experience in Employee Relations position, with expertise in Labor Union Management in a large-scale company.

  • Junior Staff : Fresh graduate also welcome.

  • Proficient in working effectively under pressure, planning, and prioritizing tasks, and serving as the voice of employees.

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Proficiency in using communication channels and program design for employee PR.
