Job Summary

Compensation Senior Staff

Prepare and present annual salary adjustment reports, bonus payments, and promotion reports, as well as update the salary and compensation structure according to company policy, and analyze various data related to salaries and compensation.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct compensation surveys and analyze data to support compensation planning and decision-making.

  • Manage and coordinate the annual bonus evaluation process, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and alignment with company policies.

  • Analyze and consolidate compensation data for annual salary review and salary increase planning.

  • Prepare promotion-related compensation analyses and executive-ready summary reports to support management decision-making.

  • Support the review and enhancement of compensation structures, job grading, and internal equity analysis.

  • Coordinate with regional compensation teams on compensation data and related activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business administration, Economics or related field

  • Staff Position : 1-5 years of experience in HR (Compensation).

  • Proficient in working effectively under pressure, planning, and prioritizing tasks.

  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset.

Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Minimum TOEIC score of 450.
