Job Summary
Safety Senior Staff
Responsible for managing and enhancing disaster prevention and firefighting systems, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations through effective planning, training, inspections, and continuous improvement to strengthen organizational safety and preparedness.
Responsibilities

Manage disaster prevention equipment, ensuring regular inspection and maintenance in accordance with company standards and performance targets.

Develop and establish the company’s Disaster Prevention Standard by aligning it with global standards and local regulatory requirements.

Design and conduct Disaster Prevention training programs to enhance employee awareness and preparedness.

Plan and organize Disaster Prevention activities to continuously improve the company’s overall prevention efficiency.

Upgrade and strengthen the company’s firefighting strategies.

Develop pre-fire plans and conduct related training sessions for all relevant parties.

Conduct firefighting and strategy training for the Firefighting Team.

Approve hot work permits in accordance with safety procedures.

Control and monitor the Disaster Prevention Plan to ensure timely achievement of IIP targets.

Develop and implement a preventive maintenance (PM) plan for fire suppression systems, fire protection systems, and disaster prevention equipment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Fire Safety Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, or Industrial Hygiene.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing company, preferably with direct responsibility for disaster prevention or related safety functions.
Skills

Strong understanding of global standards such as NFPA and other fire protection and prevention systems.

Certified or trained in disaster prevention programs such as Fire Commander, Advanced Firefighting, etc.

Drawing skill, Instrument, Measurement tool usage.

Proficient in English communication (TOEIC score 450 or above)
