- Prepare and submit reporting requirements and needs when required

Job Requirements:
Candidate should be Diploma / BE/B.Tech (Mechanical) with 0-5 years of experience.

- Trial execution and design review
- Cost improvement ideas and implementation
- Troubleshooting and permanent countermeasures
- Process capability improvement with CFT approach
- Process improvement and standardization
- Defect/Scrap of tires analysis and countermeasures
