About the Role
In this integral role, you will provide administration and organisation assistance to our Fleet Service team. You will coordinate and manage rosters and schedules for this mobile team, helping to ensure operational KPI’s are achieved. You will also coordinate call-out work so will need confidence communicating with your fellow team members. You will have the full support of the leadership team as together you provide a timey and efficient service to our customers.
You will also be a key communication point for our external customers, providing the highest level of customer service and support. Essential areas of responsibility in this role are:
- Prepare weekly rosters for Fleet Service Fitters
- Liaise with external customers who require call-out assistance
- Allocate call-out work internally in line with agreed policies and procedures
- Obtain order numbers and convert work orders into invoices
- Update information in relevant IT systems (predominantly SAP and B-Mobile)
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess the following skills and attributes:
- Workforce planning / scheduling or rostering experience highly regarded
- Excellent communication skills with a strong customer service focus
- Strong administration and coordination skills
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Confident receiving direction and providing direction to others within an agreed area of responsibility / task
- Strong computer skills across multiple software platforms including Microsoft Office
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Invoice preparation / processing experience preferred
