• Manage Bridgestone’s digital communication initiatives.
• Create engaging digital content across online platforms.
• Support evolving communication trends and strategies.
• Implement AI tools to enhance communication efficiency and content development.
• Produce short-form media/videos tailored for young target audiences.
• Drive engagement with young target audiences through storytelling.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Business Administration, Marketing, Arts, or related fields.
- Active participation in university activities, clubs, student organizations, or extracurricular projects is preferred.
- TOEIC score of 800 or above.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Thai and English
- Strong understanding of social media trends, digital culture, and young-audience behavior.
- Skilled in content creation for TikTok, Meta, and other relevant online platforms.
- Proficient in using AI tools for content ideation, copywriting, visual generation, and productivity enhancement.
- Basic knowledge of video editing and graphic design tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Express, or similar applications.
- Fast learner with a proactive mindset, creativity, and adaptability in a fast-changing digital environment.
- Able to support real-time content creation, social engagement, and event-related activities.
- Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
- Passion for digital lifestyle, automotive, motorsport, or online communities will be an advantage.
