Job description
🔩 Manage warehouse suppliers; ensure safe and efficient warehouse operations.
🔩 Manage import and export activities in the warehouse.
🔩 Manage inventory of tools and equipment
🔩 Calculate volume of raw materials exported for production.
🔩 Coordinate with the purchasing department to ensure delivery plans.
🔩 Calculate annual budget for the warehouse.
🔩Analyze costs related to warehouse and logistics and promote continuous improvement activities.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Gender: Male or female, from 20 years old up to the current legal retirement age.
- College/University graduate or higher. Major: Economics, Business Administration…
- Experience with custom declaration (CDS) (preferred)
- Experience with WH & LOG systems WMS and SAP (preferred)
- Understanding of incoterms.
- Understanding of import and export procedures
- Analytical and able to solve inventory related problems
- Strong data Analysis skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Proactive, highly motivated and flexible
- Good organizational and problem-solving skill
- Experienced with MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
