Employee Relation Staff
Responsibilities
Tasks & responsibilities.

Creating and planning company activities and promoting a happy workplace.

Budget planning and control of employee relations (ER) activities.
-
Investigating and processing employee grievances and formal complaints.
-
Investigating and conducting disciplinary cases, and preparing case briefs.
-
Planning and creating employee relations and communication activities.
-
Preparing progress reports and developing summaries of disciplinary and termination reports.
-
Conducting factory patrols and orienting new employees.
-
Performing other duties and responsibilities as required.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, or a related field.

Staff : minimum of 2 years of experience in Employee Relations position, with expertise in Labor Union Management in a large-scale company.

Junior Staff : Fresh graduate also welcome.

Proficient in working effectively under pressure, planning, and prioritizing tasks, and serving as the voice of employees.
Skills
-
Strong knowledge of labor laws and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Proficiency in using communication channels and program design for employee PR.
