Job Summary
Safety Section Manager
Responsible for leading safety and disaster prevention initiatives by ensuring regulatory compliance, conducting risk assessments, driving safety awareness, and implementing continuous improvement to reduce workplace incidents and strengthen overall safety performance.
Responsibilities

Plan, control, and monitor safety operations, including accident prevention, in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and Bridgestone Global standards.

Analyze safety issues and support preventive activities to reduce accidents and disasters within the company.

Follow up and monitor company wide safety and disaster prevention operations in accordance with legal and Bridgestone Global requirements.

Plan, control, and support risk assessments related to safety and fire incidents, and develop effective action plans.

Plan, control, and support safety initiatives across all sections to achieve the company’s safety mission.

Control, conduct simulations, and provide guidance and consultation for accident and disaster prevention activities.

Promote and support safety awareness related to machinery operation and workplace safety.

Provide guidelines for problem solving and continuous improvement to support team effectiveness.
Requirements
-
Bachelor's degree in Occupation health and safety or related field with safety.

Have working experience of not less than 10 years of safety in the manufacturing industry.

Have fire safety certification.

Good command of both spoken and written English Toeic > 550
Skills
-
Have knowledge about ISO45001 & ISO12100.

Have knowledge about NFPA code .
