Job Summary
Job purpose:
- Study strategy and network to enhance Sell-Out.
- Standardize Channel capability.
- Training/Monitor/Assess the Store operation (service and equipment)
- Managing Sell-Out activities in North (link to Sell-In result)
Responsibilities
1. Standardize Channel Capability
Study customer needs and future trends in the tire industry to identify effective strategies.
Establish standards for store operations, including service, equipment, and processes.
Support the enhancement of personnel capabilities and equipment to align with Bridgestone standards.
2. Train and Assess Channel Capability
Design practical and effective training programs for channel employees.
Conduct training sessions and monitor and assess channel capabilities.
Continuously improve channel capabilities through the PDCA cycle to ensure alignment with Bridgestone standards.
Maintain channel quality through quarterly assessments.
3. Implement Sell-Out Programs in Assigned Territories
Study and develop sell-out programs based on territory requirements.
Implement, evaluate, report, and analyze program effectiveness for continuous improvement through the PDCA cycle.
4. Lead or Support Team Events and Product Quality Activities
Inspect and handle customer claims and quality issues.
Support and implement related activities such as test drives, centralized training sessions, seminars, and other events.
Execute consumer engagement projects.
Perform other duties and assignments as required by the Company or supervisors.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor / engineer degree - automobile or techical field is preferred
- Experience: At least 5 years in automoble & tire industry
Language: Influent English and Vietnamese
