Job Summary
A. JOB PURPOSE:
- Selling tires by establishing contact and developing relationships with dealers to achieve target.
- Approaching sub-dealers by selling thru direct dealers.
- Market in charge: will be shared in interview and base on annual sales plan.

B. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Planning
- Making sales plan by (products, dealers, regions)
- Expanding points of sales (direct & indirect accounts)
2. Sale Execution
- Conduct study to identify market demand (end-users, sub-dealers, direct dealers)
- Seek out new sales opportunity and setting up business discussion
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
- Follow up ordering, sales confirming, delivering, paying, debt collecting, ...
- Create frequent Plan - Do - Check - Act with data
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Participate on behalf of the company in events
3. Others
- Follow up sales related documents.
- Support for company activities (conference, event, campaign, …)
Requirements
1. Education: Bachelor's degree with a concentration in business administration, marketing preferred
2. Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
3. Language: Proficiency in English and Vietnamese
