About the Role

Bridgestone Australia is seeking an experienced candidate to lead the development and ongoing management of our Fleet service portfolio strategy across the Australia and New Zealand network.

This newly created role is designed to ensure the delivery of a competitive, scalable and customer-centric suite of fleet services that complement our market leading tyre product portfolio. This role is pivotal in driving productivity improvements, financial performance and customer satisfaction within the Fleet Solutions Business for Australia and New Zealand.

As the Fleet Service and Offering Manager, you’ll be central to the design, development, deployment and management of our Fleet Servicing strategy. With a focus on standardisation, automation and digitisation you will be responsible for driving operational excellence in this space.

In this role, you will:

• Validate, develop and define our end-to-end Fleet servicing strategy and proposition, and lead the sustainable delivery of services across and ANZ network
• Leverage opportunities in technology to drive automation and digitisation in current and future state offerings
• Collaborate on pricing models, track category and channel performance, and support budgeting and forecasting processes for services
• Monitor and analyse market trends and requirements to champion customer-centric servicing and maximise customer experience and satisfaction
• Champion Bridgestone’s vision for perfect safety and E8 commitment, embedding sustainability and safe practices at all levels

About You

• Possess a balance of technical knowledge and business acumen in the service delivery space
• Experience in service product development, pricing and portfolio management
• Experience with digital transformation and automation in service delivery
• Demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Customer first, problem solving and innovative thinking mindset
• High degree of organisation, individual initiative and personal accountability
