About the Role

Bridgestone is looking for a Supply Planner to join our Supply Chain team at Eastwood, to help keep our products flowing smoothly — the right product, in the right place, at the right time.


You’ll support the end-to-end supply planning process across ordering, shipment tracking, and stock visibility, learning from experienced planners while developing your own skills in a fast-moving environment. You will report to the Supply Planning Manager.

 

In this role, you will:

  • Translate forecasts and plans into actionable supply plans aligned with service and inventory requirements
  • Manage purchase orders, shipping notifications, and import/export requirements
  • Track shipments, maintain ETAs and stock on hand to keep supply risks in check
  • Maintain data accuracy and take ownership of follow-ups with suppliers and logistics partners
  • Support the Supply Planning team with reviews, inventory management and timely reporting requirements that drive continuous improvement

About You

You’ll be organised, a team player and have a high attention to detail,  strong excel skills and an interest in continuous improvement.

 

Additionally, you’ll have:

  • Strong background in supply planning, inventory, or logistics.
  • Experience with ERP/EDI systems and international import/export documentation requirements.
  • Problem-solving mindset with ability to prioritise and adapt to changing business needs.
