About the Role

Bridgestone is seeking a Specialist, Talent Acquisition to join our Human Resources team based in Eastwood, reporting to the Manager, Human Resources.

We’re looking for a people‑centered talent professional who brings curiosity, care and capability to every interaction. In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to deliver both strategic and hands‑on recruitment support, providing innovative, best‑practice solutions that strengthen organisational capability and enhance the candidate experience.

In this role, you will live the values that shape our culture- transparency, respect, accountability, collaboration and embracing change- while:

  • Coordinating and delivering end‑to‑end recruitment across Bridgestone Australia and Lube Mobile
  • Building talent pipelines and delivering targeted sourcing strategies for critical and hard‑to‑fill roles
  • Partnering with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and improve recruitment capability
  • Maintaining accurate recruitment and employee data across our systems to support reporting, compliance and decision‑making
  • Collaborating with our New Zealand Talent Acquisition Specialist to streamline processes and enhance consistency across ANZ

About You

You are a naturally curious, proactive recruiter who thrives on partnering with others, building trust quickly, and navigating a mix of operational, technical and corporate roles with ease.

Additionally, you’ll have:

  • Demonstrated experience delivering full‑cycle recruitment across operational, technical and corporate roles
  • Knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and sourcing approaches
  • Experience using recruitment systems such as Expr3ss, SuccessFactors or similar
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem‑solving skills
  • A data‑driven mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic hiring landscape
