About The Role
Bridgestone is looking for a Service Operations Consultant to join our Experience Hub at Wingfield, reporting to the Service Operations Team Leader.
In this role, you will:
- Provide advice, recommendations, and solutions to customers.
- Deliver outstanding service support to Family Channel stores and internal stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain product and process knowledge, participating in product/system training.
- Ensure continued customer satisfaction through effective follow up and after sales service.
About You
You’ll be skilled professional who brings a strong foundation in administration and customer service. You know how to create positive experiences and communicate with clarity and confidence.
You will also bring:
- Demonstrated experience in administration and customer service, preferably within a contact centre environment.
- Exposure to sales order processing or related function.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft suite of products.
- Outstanding telephone technique and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
