We're looking for a digital marketing specialist with deep technical expertise and a relentless focus on performance. You understand the mechanics behind paid media, customer acquisition, attribution, local search and emerging AI-driven discovery channels. While you'll partner with agencies and stakeholders to execute, your expertise allows you to challenge assumptions, interrogate results and ensure every marketing dollar is working harder. You'll combine strategic thinking with analytical rigour, leading the evolution of our digital acquisition ecosystem and helping Bridgestone stay ahead of changing customer behaviours, search technologies and competitive pressures.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital acquisition strategies that drive leads, customer growth and commercial outcomes across Bridgestone and associated brands.
- Manage and optimise paid media, local search and Google Business Profile performance to maximise lead generation and conversion.
- Identify new opportunities in AI, digital partnerships, marketing technology integrations and evolving search channels to maintain competitive advantage.
- Analyse campaign performance, customer data and sales outcomes to provide insights, optimise investment and improve ROI.
- Oversee agency partner performance and collaborate with internal teams across ANZ to share best practice, drive innovation and deliver business growth.
About You
We're looking for a senior digital marketing specialist who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach and a passion for continuous improvement.
You'll ideally have:
- Demonstrated experience in digital acquisition, performance marketing or lead generation roles.
- Strong expertise across paid media channels including Google Ads and Meta.
- Experience managing agency relationships and holding partners accountable for performance outcomes.
- Strong understanding of analytics, attribution, conversion optimisation and ROI measurement.
- Experience working with customer data, audience segmentation and marketing technology platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO, local search and Google Business Profile optimisation.
- Exceptional analytical, project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Commerce or a related discipline (desirable).
- Relevant certifications related to Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint or similar.
