About The Role

The Senior Specialist, Marketing - Automation & CRM plays a pivotal role in shaping how customers across Australia and New Zealand experience the Bridgestone group. This position is responsible for developing and delivering customer remarketing, lifestyle, and loyalty programs that strengthen retention, engagement, and drive long-term value.

 

Reporting to the Customer Retention & CRM Manager, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Deliver multi-channel lifestyle and remarketing campaigns supported by clear customer journey mapping and aligned creative and messaging.
  • Develop and maintain benefits programs across email, SMS, and outbound channels.
  • Manage end-to-end execution, including vendor coordination, approvals, and offline elements such as terms and conditions, and point of sale materials, ensuring brand-aligned delivery.
  • Build reporting, dashboards, and analysis to track engagement, conversion, retention, and ROI, and assess the effectiveness of remarketing and benefits programs activities.
  • Support ongoing enhancement of marketing automation and CRM/CDP platforms by coordinating feature improvements, data quality initiatives, and enrichment of the single customer view.

About You

You will bring proven experience with Marketing Automation and CRM or CDP platforms, paired with a performance-driven mindset and a strong customer-first approach. Your working experience will demonstrate you can turn data, platforms, and process into meaningful customer outcomes.

 

In addition, you will possess:

    • 3+ years in marketing automation and retention / loyalty marketing / lifecycle program management
    • Demonstrable experience and working knowledge of Marketing Automation and CRM / CDP platforms (e.g. Salesforce or similar)
    • A performance-driven mindset with a customer-first approach.
    • Advanced analytical skills and strong project management skills, experience applying Agile methodologies in delivery highly regarded
    • Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
    • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with people at all levels both within the organisation, our franchise network and externally.
    • Strong PC skills using the Microsoft suite of products.
