We’re seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to execute a 3-year strategic sourcing plan, govern supplier performance, and drive commercial outcomes across a diverse and dynamic organisation. About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager Supply Chain & HSE, you’ll develop and execute procurement strategies, manage key supplier relationships, and oversee end to end procurement operations. You’ll lead a team of Procurement and Fleet Specialists, establishing governance, capability and driving continuous improvement. 

What You’ll Do

  • Lead procurement and category strategies that support business and financial objectives
  • Source, negotiate, and manage suppliers to deliver strong commercial outcomes
  • Oversee contracts, SLAs, governance, and compliance
  • Drive process improvement, reporting, and procurement system optimisation
  • Manage supply, commercial, and ESG related risks
  • Partner with stakeholders to deliver fit for purpose sourcing solutions
  • Coach and develop your team, fostering a positive and high performance culture 

What You Bring

  • Proven procurement or supply chain experience in a medium–large organisation
  • Strong commercial, negotiation, and supplier management capability
  • Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Analytical, financial, and problem solving strength
  • Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Business, Commerce, or similar
  • CIPS/CPSM certification (advantageous)
  • Experience with category management, strategic sourcing, or ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Coupa) is desirable
