About the Role
Bridgestone is looking for a Data Product & Governance Manager to join our Data & AI / Information Technology team at Bridgestone Australia & New Zealand, reporting to the Head of IT.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of Bridgestone's enterprise Data Governance Framework, policies, standards, and stewardship model.
- Define and execute the Data Product Strategy and Roadmap, managing the full lifecycle of enterprise data, analytics, reporting, and AI products.
- Drive data quality, master data management, and governance initiatives to ensure trusted, accurate, and accessible data across the organisation.
- Partner with business leaders to identify and deliver data-driven, analytics, automation, and AI opportunities that create measurable business value.
- Ensure compliance with privacy, security, governance, and regulatory requirements while fostering a data-driven culture and supporting the growth of Bridgestone's Data & AI capabilities.
About You
You'll be:
- A strategic and commercially minded leader who can align data initiatives with business priorities.
- A collaborative relationship builder with exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- A results-driven and analytical professional passionate about delivering value through data, analytics, and AI.
Additionally, you'll have:
- Demonstrated experience in Data Management, Analytics, Product Management, Digital, or Technology roles.
- Proven experience establishing and managing Data Governance frameworks, operating models, and enterprise data initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of Data Governance, Data Quality, Master Data Management, Data Catalogues, Metadata Management, Analytics & Reporting, AI & Automation, and Data Privacy & Security.
- Demonstrated success managing enterprise data, analytics, digital, or AI products, including developing business cases, roadmaps, and value realisation frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications
- DAMA Certification (CDMP).
- Product Management Certification.
- Agile Product Owner Certification.
- Project Management qualification.
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Unity Catalog, Microsoft Purview, Power BI, and Azure Data Platforms
