We’re seeking a Program Coordinator, Transformation & PMO to support the coordination and delivery of strategic initiatives, and to contribute to the ongoing shaping and evolution of enterprise-wide Project Managment Office (PMO) processes, documentation and reporting that support consistent and effective governance. 

This role plays a key part in supporting the day-to-day rhythm of programs and initiatives, working closely with Business Leads, Program Managers, Change Managers and senior stakeholders to keep work coordinated, visible and well governed. 

• Support PMO reporting, governance and delivery cadence 

• Track milestones, risks, actions and dependencies 

• Prepare materials for leadership and steering forums 

• Support activities across transformation programs and projects 

• Support continuous improvement of PMO tools and ways of working 

• Experience in project, program coordination or PMO environments 

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail 

• Confident communicator with the ability to work across teams 

• Comfortable working with reporting, data and systems (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint) 

• Curious about transformation, change or continuous improvemen

• Exposure to enterprise-wide transformation initiatives 

• Work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
