About the Role
You will be responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction through the facilitation of timely and efficient provision of our products. Your ability to multitask will be vital, as you respond to customer enquiries, orders, service needs and troubleshoot and resolve issues over phone, email, live chat, and social media, whilst handling all administrative aspects of sales.
About You
You will bring strong motivation, a commitment to delivering excellent customer service, and a collaborative approach to teamwork. With previous experience in a call centre or service focused role, you will be confident in managing and resolving complaints effectively. A natural problem solver with a pleasant and calm phone manner, you will be highly organised, giving you the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
