Responsibilities
HR Operational Support
- Assist with day-to-day operation of the HR department.
- Prepare reports related to various HR-related tasks.
- Support in the hiring and termination process and manage on/off boarding procedures in HR System.
- Creating and maintaining employee records: employee file, Success Factor System, headcount reports, organization chart.
- Be updated on fringe benefits and manage employees’ requests.
- Filing confidential documents and maintaining HR system up-to-date.
- Support planning, organizing and executing training programs for appropriate management training and development programs for employees.
- Execute monthly payroll with external vendor in accurate and timely manner.
- Assist in ad hoc local/global projects when required.
General Affairs Support
- Manage company car.
- Manage flight booking of all employees and hotel booking for visitors.
- Manage BOD related documents and register any changes.
- Building/Office management (building contract, services, interior, office maintenance, copy machine, mail center, parking tickets, etc.).
- Regular purchase of office supplies.
- Handle various types of regular/ad hoc payments and activities.
- Maintain a high level of safety governance.
Legal Support
- Manage contracts by ensuring the contracts are up to date.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel for reviewing contracts requested by various teams.
- Assist in regular/ad hoc legal & compliance projects, requests, reports and activities.
Requirements
- 4 year University Graduate.
- 1~3 years’ experience as HR generalist with preferred experience in Learning & Development.
- Good level of speaking and writing both in Korean and in English.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time.
- Experience working in a matrix, fast paced and changing environment is a plus.
- Excellent Interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity, respect for others, persistence, and passion for success.
