About the role:


Reporting to the Health and Safety Manager New Zealand your key responsibility will be to assist management develop a self-sustaining culture of effective Health, Safety and Environmental risk management and disaster prevention in accordance with the Bridgestone HSE strategy by providing high quality advice and guidance. You will be required to lead investigations of serious HSE and disaster incidents, assist with system development and analysis and review system policies and procedures, to ensure they align with the strategic direction of the organisation.

  • You will bring to this position HSE experience in system development and delivery.



  • Tertiary qualifications in HSE or equivalent experience in a similar position will be well regarded.
  • Regular travel within New Zealand is a key requirement of this role.
  • Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
