About the role


The Account Manager is responsible for providing value to our customers, achieving sales budgets and developing relationships. This role identifies and provides solutions for customer requirements, providing superior service delivery through developed multi-tier relationships both internally and externally. In this role you will use various methods to assist customers including on-site inspections, analysing reports and providing product and maintenance recommendations, identifying new business needs from within our existing customer base and securing new business opportunities.

You will be based at our Victoria State Office in a role that can offer you the chance to manage and advance your career.

About you


You should be able to demonstrate credible, robust sales experience and the talent and tenacity we need to drive growth and take Bridgestone to the next level.  This includes being able to demonstrate your customer centric approach to Account Management and why this is important to a business.

To be able to perform this role successfully, the below is a minimum requirement;


  • Strong negotiation skills ensuring balanced outcomes for the business and customer
  • Great problem solver with a proactive and analytical approach
  • The ability to identify and secure new business opportunities
  • Capability to embrace and promote new technology
  • The ability to recognise, develop and secure growth within the existing customer base
  • Effective relationship management focusing on creating and sustaining multi-tier relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally
  • Exceptional communication, presentation and time management skills
  • Efficient knowledge and utilisation of Microsoft programs including Office, Excel, Word & PowerPoint
