About the role
Reporting to the National Network Development Manager based in Brisbane , you will build Bridgestone store numbers within the state through identifying and opening new sites. Recruiting the best quality available franchisees for new store locations. Ensuring all new stores are fully operational, compliant and the new franchisees are correctly trained at the time of hand over. You will lead our Manage to Own program for the state and facilitate the resale of existing Select franchises stores when required.
About you
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, tenacity, experience in property and/or franchise management and the ability to identify and negotiate with potential franchisees, property developers and other key stakeholders. This will be coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities as well as high-level relationship management expertise. Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing or other related disciplines will be highly regarded. Key skills we are looking for:
Relevant experience in opening or developing retail outlets, Tertiary degree in business or related discipline would be highly regarded, excellent communication skills, understanding of commercial real estate (leasing), experience in Franchisee recruitment would be highly regarded, strong negotiating skills, an understanding of retail store operations would be highly regarded, strong problem solving and analytical skills, sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, self-motivated and driven to achieve.
