Job Summary
This role interacts with external and internal customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and sales order processing as well as distribution of goods.
Responsibilities

Quality Responsibilities:

  • To handle, coordination and issuance of goods.
  • Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or any other communication method determined by the company.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Process sales orders, invoice, forms, applications and requests
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
  • Arrangement of transportation for prompt delivery of goods
  • Direct requests and seek unresolved issues to the designated resource and department.
  • To ensure safe keeping of related documents for audit and ease of retrieval.
  • Comprehend all transportation and supply chain activities in order to trouble-shoot problems and seeks opportunity of improvement
  • Responsible in undertaking the full spectrum of Customer Service and Sales Support roles and responsibilities. Comprehend all transportation and supply chain activities in order to trouble-shoot problems and seeks opportunity of improvement.
  • To ensure departmental conformance and company’s implemented policies and procedure.

Other Duties or Responsibilities:

  • Flexibility to carry out any task and assignment given by superior as and when required. Manage and provide data, monthly reports and ad-hoc reporting to the Management.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree/ Professional Degree of Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Able to communicate in both written and spoken: Bahasa Melayu, English, Chinese.
  • At least 3 year(s) of related working experience is required for this position. Experience in International/MNCs companies with Customer Service/Sales Support and Warehouse Management experience will be an added advantage.
  • Preferably Executives or Senior Executives proficient in full spectrum of Customer Service, Warehouse Management, all transportation and supply chain activities will be an added advantage.
Skills
