Job Summary
  • Responsible in undertaking the full spectrum of Customer Service and Sales Support roles and responsibilities.
  • Managing and leading the Customer Service Department towards achieving the company’s direction and accomplishments.
Responsibilities
  • Process sales orders, invoice, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Arrangement of transportation for prompt delivery of goods.
  • Comprehend all transportation and supply chain activities to trouble-shoot problems and seeks opportunity of improvement.
  • To ensure departmental conformance and company’s implemented policies and procedure.
  • Flexibility to carry out any task and assignment given by superior as and when required.
  • Manage and provide data, monthly reports and ad-hoc reporting to the Management.
  • Monitor closely with each OE customers with their SST exemption certificate
  • Familiar with each customer web systems and need to access daily for acknowledge PO issued by customer, update and proceed DO & invoice by using customer web system
  • Identify and implement improvement plan in reduce expenses in logistics cost.
  • Indent stock arrangement – stock allocation.
  • Any other tasks assigned as and when required.
Requirements

Job Requirements

 

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree/ Professional Degree of Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Able to communicate in both written and spoken: Bahasa Melayu, English, Chinese.
  • At least 5-7 year(s) of related working experience is required for this position. Experience in International/MNCs companies with Customer Service/Sales Support and Warehouse Management experience will be an added advantage.
  • Preferably Assistant Managers or Managers proficient in full spectrum of Customer Service, Warehouse Management, all transportation and supply chain activities will be an added advantage.
Skills
  • Able to communicate in both written and spoken: Bahasa Melayu, English, Chinese.
