Job Summary
Be an integral part in the supply chain transformation program. As a part of a supply chain planning center of excellence, help to strengthen supply chain planning capabilities in the BSCAP region.
Support in implementing an advanced planning solution in BSCAP and run central planning activities utilizing the advanced planning solution. Support BSCAP planners in how to run supply chain planning activities, and drive for continuous improvement in supply chain planning processes & performance.
Responsibilities
Supply Chain Planning Solution Implementation (75%)
- Support with implementation of advanced planning solution (APS) in BSCAP covering demand planning, distribution requirements planning, deployment planning, rough cut capacity planning, production planning and material requirements planning
- Be the functional expert for demand planning for the implementations, owning the solution design and leading the UAT activities
- Support implementation of planning solution for the other supply chain planning areas
Demand Planning CoE (25%)
- Be the CoE lead for demand planning in BSCAP
- Responsible for first level support to BSCAP users for the demand planning solution
- Responsible for ongoing centralized demand planning activities, utilizing advanced planning solution
- Responsible for setup, configuration, and continuous improvement of demand planning utilizing advanced planning solution
- Develop and deploy best practice demand planning processes and drive continuous improvement
- Drive or support root cause analysis of under- or overperforming demand planning KPIs and collaborate with the relevant stakeholders to develop corrective action plans

- Lead project activities related to Supply Chain Planning and related technology

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant supply chain experience in an MNC environment
- Experience from working with an advanced planning solution (Ex: SAP IBP, JDA, OMP, AnaPlan, Demand Solutions, Kinaxis, Logility, Oracle, FuturMaster, Quintiq etc)
- Experience in project management, especially connected to an implementation of an advanced planning solution is preferred.SAP knowledge and experience with planning solution integration with SAP is a plus.
- Project Management and Lean Six Sigma certifications isa plus.
- Proficient in Excel and data analytics skills.
- Good interpersonal skills, influencing and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to prioritize, manage competing priorities and solve problems independently.
- Ability to build relationships across the organization and all geographic regions.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
