Job Summary

The role reports to the Regional Lead for Supply Planning & International Operations. The incumbent leads the International Operations Team in managing monthly orders, shipments, and sales registration for all BSCAP Group Companies and Direct Customers, ensuring accuracy and timely execution per the Operational Calendar. The position supports the Supply Planning and Product Planning Teams in implementing PLM plans for orders and forecasts, sharing information and following up on incorrect orders to ensure future accuracy. Additionally, the role aids communication with Group Companies regarding stock clearance for SMDS and OE SK products.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of six (both on-site and remote) in managing ordering, shipments, and sales registration for all BSCAP Group Companies and customers. Ensure timely and accurate process execution and resolve order issues quickly.
  • Oversee stock replenishment and supply planning at the Regional Distribution Center to maintain a high order fulfillment rate for Group Companies.
  • Manage 3PL performance for the Regional Distribution Center operation.
  • Work closely with the Supply Planning Team to maintain a high order fill rate. Understand future supply and demand, propose countermeasures for timely shipments, and communicate with Group Companies to mitigate supply shortages and increase sales. Collaboration with Finance and Sales & Marketing teams for pricing setting to avoid order cancellations due to price errors.
  • Oversee the IO Scorecard with KPIs, updating and analyzing it monthly. Prepare action plans for deviations from targets and identify opportunities for improvement in order processing. Lead projects to improve logistics costs, service levels, and visibility.
  • Ensure accurate and timely month-end closing processing.
  • Keep process documentation current and review it annually. Ensure the process and documentation meet audit requirements and lead audit preparation and participation.
  • Serve as the business owner of the ordering system, ensuring it meets business needs and handling any change requests. Collaborate with BSJ, BSCAP IT, and consultants to address service tickets.
  • Oversee people development and team performance. Set goals and KPIs for team members, conduct regular performance reviews, and propose development plans for each individual.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in logistics or supply chain planning, including 5 years of leadership experience in a global manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement and drive continuous process improvements.
  • In-depth knowledge of Incoterms, import/export procedures, and 3PL operations, as well as international freight, logistics, and customs regulations.
  • Skilled in MS Office and familiar with WMS/Planning/ERP software such as SAP and JDA.
  • Experience in managing teams and outsourced billing processes.
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the capability to work effectively with diverse teams and handle competing priorities.
  • Proficient in analysis, project management, and execution.
  • Exposure to the Asia Pacific region is an advantage.
  • Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is beneficial.
