Job Summary

Reporting to the Regional Sales Lead, the incumbent’s main goal is to identify opportunities for business growth and create marketing strategies based on those opportunities to meet and exceed revenue goals. He / she will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of business development strategies to heighten company profitability. Duties include leading a team of business development sales professionals & fleet team, identifying business opportunities to pursue, and creating business proposals to support their ideas and growing existing partnerships.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:

  • Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth
  • Setting goals for the business development team & developing strategies to meet them
  • Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives
  • Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients
  • Coordinate with BSTSG stakeholders and working closely with sales & marketing team to review current market trends to propose / implement new business ideas / strategies that can improve revenue margins and obtain better brand recognition
  • Leading the charge on market research plans to identify new opportunities
  • Encouraging new and existing clients by creating and improving proposals
  • Developing and pitching ideas for potential business partners, to communicate with potential stakeholders, hire and train new business development or sales professionals and monitor market trends for inspiration
  • Leading an operational team to manage and deliver projects and results within the timeline
  • Management of current sales accounts and seeking for opportunities to develop new potential accounts for sales growth, or new business model to growth sales.
  • Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them.
  • To ensure efficient sales activity for yourself and teammates to meet the target. Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment

Other Responsibilities

  • Tracking expenses and maintaining the company budget
  • Ensuring that the company meets planned budget and targets
  • Providing training and mentoring to other members of the team
  • Attending conferences and industry events
  • Manage existing accounts

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing / business administration or another related field
  • Innovative mindset to visualize and implement business solutions
  • Strong sales /business development skills which can contribute directly on business top line.
  • Project management skills, lead and manage various projects assigned by company and/ RHO
  • Strong business knowledge and experience interpreting financial data
  • Ability to effectively research new markets
  • Creativity and problem-solving skills
